Current approach
Pages use semantic HTML, readable type scales, keyboard-focus states, responsive grids, descriptive links, and text-first content. The contact form opens a prepared email instead of hiding the submission behind an account.

Some pages use dense layouts and large typography. If a page is difficult to read, navigate, or operate, send the details so it can be fixed.
